Swing Drop! is a casual pendulum puzzle game for iOS. Time your release to drop the
weight onto the target, clear levels, and unlock new worlds as you play.

Data stored on your device

The App stores gameplay and preference data locally on your device, including:

• Coins and power-up inventory

• Level progress and stars

• Daily reward and streak status

• Sound and haptics preferences

• Whether advertisements have been removed

• Other settings needed to operate the App

This data remains on your device unless you delete the App or restore your device
from a backup.

Advertising data

The App displays ads through Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners

Purchase data

Optional in-app purchases (coin packs and Remove Ads) are processed by Apple.
We do not receive your payment card details. We may receive confirmation that a
purchase or restore succeeded so we can unlock purchased content.

We do not collect names, accounts, email addresses, precise GPS location, contacts,
photos, microphone or camera content, or other sensitive personal information
through the App.

Advertising and Tracking

On iOS, we may ask for permission to track activity across other companies’ apps
and websites for advertising purposes using Apple’s App Tracking Transparency
framework.

If you decline, we will not use your IDFA for cross-app tracking. Ads may still appear,
but they may be less personalized.

You may purchase Remove Ads in the App to disable advertisements.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional purchases, including coin packs and Remove Ads. Purchases are
handled by Apple. Restore Purchases is available in the App for eligible purchases on
the same Apple ID.

Data Retention

• Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the App.

• Purchase entitlements are associated with your Apple ID and retained by Apple

• according to Apple’s policies.

You may:

• Deny or reset tracking permission in iOS Settings

• Adjust Google ad settings

• Purchase Remove Ads

• Delete the App to remove locally stored gameplay data

• Contact us to revoke consent where applicable, or to request access to or deletion

Some advertising and purchase data is controlled by Google or Apple. You may need
to use their tools or contact them directly for those requests.

Children’s Privacy

Swing Drop! is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take
appropriate steps.

Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate for a mobile game that stores progress locally
and uses established platform services. No method of electronic storage or transmission
is completely secure.

Third-Party Content

Ads may link to third-party websites, apps, or offers. We are not responsible for the privacy
practices of those third parties.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will
change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance
